I wanted to share my version of Sandy Starks creation. The file is from simplycraftssvgs.com/shop/3d_designs/witchy-pumpkin/. As you can see from the orginal file name it is a witch. I do not celebrate Halloween so I did a Harvest version. Cute file and yes could be scary if you wanted.
I cut the file without the extras for the hat. Our bats are brown, rather cute and only come out in the summer.
I printed my paper from snapclicksupply.com.
The hat was altered by using a scallop punch to take bites out of it. I used Darice Basket Weave dry emboss folder and embossed the brim then added Distress Ink Brushed Corduroy to make the hat look like a work hat. The leaves were from my stash but they were cut from Svgcuts file called Harvest home then inked with Stampin Up InkSVGCuts.com Razzleberry. The bee is from Amazon and the sunflower button is from Buttons Galore and More. The denim ribbon was from my stash but is a long retired product of Stampin up. The eyes are enamel dots. I chose a brownish color and added stickles white accent to the upper corners.
The Wheat came from an old file with Silhouette and since I no longer own one I cannot cut more of them. I can tell you I did a search and there are many you can get for free to use, just Google it. I used Tiny Mosaic Cuttlebug emboss folder to bring out the wheat chaffs and inked with Distress ink Brushed Corduroy. Glue the wheat to the upper inside of the mouth and add a few pieces of natural Raffa for affect.
I want to thank Sandy for sharing her wonderful design with us. It was EASY to put together and I really enjoyed it. If you have time even for an hour, join us at the next craft with me on eCal & SCAL users group. We had a lot of fun sharing and seeing each other. I always have a good time with these ladies. I genuinely love these gals. Thank you again to Sandy.
Have a Bless Day y'all and Happy Craftin'
